After visiting Ireland and experiencing the hospitality and ambience of an authentic Irish Pub, Bill Roche commenced planning for the pubs immediately upon his return.

The pubs faithfully reproduce authentic décor from the land of the leprechaun, with open fireplaces, recycled timber and themed artworks, while adapting to the open spaces and warmer climate that enables Australians to enjoy al fresco dining almost all year round.

In the true tradition of Irish Pubs, the atmosphere at each Harrigan's is casual and sets the scene for the live entertainment every weekend – from Blues to Traditional Irish and the menus offer a great selection of hearty Irish and local fare.

Harrigan's Drift Inn, constructed as part of the $1 billion master-planned marina and luxury waterfront residential development Calypso Bay, Queensland, is the Gold Coast's only waterfront tavern designed specifically to attract boaties enjoying the waterways between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. The pub features a 30 metre visitor’s pontoon right on the main channel linking Jumpinpin with the waters of southern Moreton Bay.

The charm of a traditional Irish Pub has been wonderfully captured at Harrigan’s Irish Pub in Pokolbin, New South Wales. Overlooking beautiful vineyards, it has become renowned for its food and selection of Irish beers on tap. Inside, the pub is stocked with handpicked bric-a-brac, a warm colour scheme, wrought ironwork, exposed brickwork and beautiful leadlight features.
